Roman Jauregui is a 2027 MIF/RHP, UT with a 5-5 135 lb. frame from Fort Worth, TX who attends Paschal. Compact, wiry build. Ran a 7.19 in the sixty. Infielder, good play on the backhand and has solid accuracy from a shorter arm slot. Good intent and funneled well. Outfielder, quick release and crow hop. Good carry behind throws with solid accuracy to the bag. Also pitched, works middle rubber from a high three-quarter slot with some drop and drive on the backside. Fastball lived at the bottom of the zone and flashed a firm changeup. Put away batters. Right-handed hitter, open stance with high back elbow and high hand set. Solid hand speed and can separate a bit out front. Hands packed with some strength and intent, worked to the pull side gap. Found some loud barrels in store with more to build upon in the frame.
