Payton Del Toro is a 2026 RHP/1B with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from Chula Vista, CA who attends St. Augustine. Features a medium frame with strength present. Ran a 7.77 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher. Throws exclusively out of the stretch. Uses drop and drive mechanics down the mound. Throws from a 3/4 slot with a longer arm action. Has arm speed present. Fastball sat 79-83 mph with heavy armside run. Can get a fairshare of whiffs in the zone. Pairs it with a slider at 68-72 mph with varying shape. Offering has some tilt when thrown well. Flashed a fading changeup at 72 mph. Can kill spin on the offering. Excellent student.
