Matt Strahan is a 2026 OF/UT with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from Derwood, MD who attends Col. Zadok Magruder. Medium athletic build with some present strength and more to come. 6.78 runner in the sixty. Primary outfielder on defense, fields the ball cleanly out front, has a long over the top arm action and makes accurate soft throws, fundamentally sound defender whose speed will be an asset. Recorded arm strength up to 81 mph. Right handed hitter, has a very simple and repeatable swing that has good rhythm and is direct to contact, plus feel for the barrel, consistent hard line drive contact, high average approach that has a history of performing on the PG circuit. Posted an exit velocity of 87 mph. Very good student.
