Batting Practice Highlights
2/22/2025 6:16:26 PM

Ryan St. Julien (2027 1B, Lake City, PA) was impressive with his ability to stay consistent during his round, as the right-handed hitting 2027 Grad sent several line drives from gap-to-gap. He stays short and compact with his hands into contact and should only enhance his power potential with additional strength.

Anthony Locastro (2026 LHP, Venetia, PA) used a contact oriented approach to produce several line drives to all fields during his round. He stays compact with his hands, has some present bat speed and delivered the barrel on-time frequently.

Seth Keyhoe (2027 SS, Columbus, Oh, OH) impressed with his ability to create loud impact throughout his round. He creates leverage out in-front and flashed legitimate power potential to the pullside.

Brad Bucci (2028 SS, Venetia, PA) took one of the more consistent rounds of the day, as the left-handed hitting middle-infielder displayed good feel for the barrel and has plenty of bat speed. He sent several line drives with backspin from gap-to-gap, while flashing some budding power potential.

Parker Lamb (2026 SS, Philipsburg, PA) stayed consistent throughout his round, as the 2026 shortstop peppered the middle-of-the field. He has plenty of present bat speed and projects for more power as he continues to mature.

Ben Reynolds (2025 C, St. Mary’S, PA) showed the ability to deliver the barrel on-time throughout his round. He stays short and compact to the baseball, while displaying quickness to his hands and plenty of present bat speed.

Tanner DeStefano (2028 SS, Irwin, PA) employed a simple, direct stroke with plenty of present bat speed to produce several line drives during his round. He used the whole field well and projects for more power as he physically matures.

Colin Stofik (2027 SS, Venetia, PA) took one of the louder rounds of the day. The athletic 2027 Grad showed plenty of present bat speed, created leverage out in-front with his lower half and flashed some budding power.

Austin Cwynar (2027 OF, Gibsonia, PA) showed plenty of strength at impact, while producing numerous line drives during his round. He engages his lower half well to create leverage and has usable power to the pullside.

Eric McAllister (2027 3B, Dysart, PA) showcased some of the better power potential during his round, as the 2027 third baseman impacted the baseball with authority. He stays compact with his hands, generates present bat speed and strength at impact.
