Mj Guida (2028 C, Everett, MA) remained short to the ball with his swing, attacking the baseball with quickness in his hands while turning on the ball with ease, staying balanced throughout.
Mark Kenton (2028 1B, Sturbridge, MA) was one of the younger players in the '28 class and the left-handed hitter showed traits to like and follow in the box, already creating some quality bat speed through the zone with some life off of the barrel to all fields.
Koki Maezawa (2026 SS, Port Washington, NY) took one of the more balanced and consistent rounds we saw on Sunday, living on the barrel exclusively throughout. He remained short/direct to the ball with loose hands, staying simple in his approach which executed plenty of squared up baseball.
Yadiel Ventura (2027 SS, Providence, RI) remained short and inside the ball throughout his time in the box, showing a sound contact oriented approach. There's quickness in his hands and he showed comfort turning on the baseball with some authority, squaring it up regularly.
Jayden Montanez (2027 SS, Greenwich, CT) made the most of his BP round and certainly caught our eye as his fast hands allowed for the barrel to be extended out front and on time throughout. He lived on the barrel and showed comfort working back up the middle and to the pull side with even more juice to unlock moving forward.
Michael Sullivan (2027 RHP, Hopkinton, MA) might be listed as a primary arm, but he showed the ability to generate back spun contact off of the barrel while incorporating the physical strength in his 6-2 frame with some shots to the pull side.
Blake Wheatley (2028 SS, Easton, MD) came up from Maryland and was immediately on the barrel, showing a balanced stroke with a handle for the barrel and some whip through the zone while remaining on time well.
Carter Jones (2028 LHP, Westford, MA) was another young-for-the-grade '28 graduate who hung in with his grad class peers. It's a simple swing and he gets the front foot down on time, showing a combination of present strength and quickness through the zone.
Carter Rich (2027 SS, Wellesley, MA) has added noticeable strength to his frame and it plays in the swing, showing life off of the barrel all around the field. The jump off of the barrel played rather consistently and he does a nice job of generating lift through the point of contact.
JT Taylor (2028 C, Dover, MA) took one of the better rounds of the day, continuing to impress on Sunday with a direct, consistent stroke that yielded rising line drive contact. The hands are fast and he repeats his swing, allowing for ample barreled contact.
Logan Taylor (2026 OF, Cranston, RI) looks to remain short and fast to the baseball while in the box, swinging with lots of intent. He continued to find more barrels as his round progressed, finishing strong while showing lots of jump off of the barrel when squared.
