Aidan DeLeon is a 2024 SS/RHP with a 6-0 190 lb. frame from College Station, TX who attends College Station. Medium athletic build with some present strength. 7.36 runner in the sixty. Primary shortstop on defense, moves well from side to side and has some smoothness to his actions, stays balanced well and works around the ball, makes accurate throws and changes his arm slot well, can see him at third base or second base as well. Right handed hitter, hits from a narrow base with a short shift into contact, has a short and simple load and swing and extends well through contact, Hit over Power with good barrel control and the ability to stay timed and hit to all fields, can generate carry to the opposite field gap. Didn't pitch at this event but has been up to 90 mph on the mound at PG Tournaments. Polished player with developed skills. Good student, verbal commitment to Houston Christian University.
