Cash Campbell is a 2024 3B/RHP/MIF with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Downers Grove, IL who attends Montini Catholic. Big and strong athletic build, especially for a freshman, looks bigger than listed. 7.97 runner in the sixty. Young actions in the infield on defense, bends at the waist to field balls, arm works well and projects, will need to continue to work on lower half agility and athleticism. Left handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with an aggressive shift into contact, short inside swing path with an opposite field orientation, has the strength and length to open up his swing in the future for more extension and power. Also pitched, rotational delivery with a compact 3/4's arm slot. Showed good raw arm strength with a fastball reaching 80 mph, gets good sinking action when low in the zone. Threw both a curveball and a slider, curveball showed good depth at times. Good student.
