Ma'Kale Holden is a 2025 3B/RHP with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Hoover, AL who attends Hoover. Very strong young build, especially in his upper half. 7.16 runner in the sixty. Primary third baseman on defense, fields the ball cleanly out front with soft hands and good balance, has solid arm strength across the diamond, good overall balance and athleticism. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread and open stance with a wrapped barrel start, gets too spread at times and can't get off his back side, rotational upper body swing, flat path through the zone, has strength at contact at times, will continue to improve with mechanical adjustments. Also pitched, high leg raise delivery with a big coil over the rubber, gets downhill well with good energy at release, high 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped out at 85 mph from the windup, mostly straight, still developing feel for his curveball. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Alabama.
