Jackson Sirois is a 2024 SS/RHP/2B with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from Sterling, VA who attends Paul VI Catholic HS. Jackson is a younger, emerging player with big upside and a fundamental base that dictates his prospect status is sound now, and should continue to grow as he gains experience. He ran a 7.45 60 yard dash. A primary middle infielder, Jackson has a firm grasp on the timing and rhythm necessary to play infield at an advanced level. His ability to read the ball off the bat, coupled with his quick and steady foot work, allows Jackson to position assuredly. His glove is smooth and pure. He transition well and his quick trigger gets his 76 mph throws across the diamond with firm carry and routine accuracy. Jackson also took a turn on the mound. Jackson shows a bulldog mentality and attacks the zone with some aggression. His simple operation and short quick arm stroke allows for a consistent approach and highly repeatable mechanics. He works primarily off his active, 77-81 mph fastball that has some late life and is especially effective down in the zone. He compliments his heater with a commendable, 66 mph,12/6 breaking curveball that shows depth at the dish. Jackson has the right idea on the hill and his game there should continue to improve as he matures physically and gains experience. At the plate Jackson shows a plus feel for the barrel. He loads the backside well and has a short, quick stride and trigger. His hands are strong and he gets to and through contact well. Jackson is a sound prospect and should continue to grow his game as his HS career continues. His projectability will be determined by his attention to detail in and with his overall game, his continued work on fundamental development, and his dedication in the weight room.
