Camden Clewett is a 2024 C/RHP, 3B with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Yorba Linda, CA who attends Servite. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and present physical strength proportioned throughout. Ran a 7.24 60-yard dash. Primary catcher, taller stance at start during drills, smooth exchange and gains ground coming out of set up, catch and throw skills play and shows accurate arm strength and true carry on throws down to second base. Also pitched, sound tempo to delivery on the mound, high lead arm and generates solid downhill plane from an over-the-top slot. Fastball topped out at 87 mph, in sync and has rhythm to delivery, finishes with intent towards the plate. Slider shows late and tight biting action up to 73 mph from a similar release point. Right-handed hitter, begins with a square stance int he box with a high back elbow; utilizes a high leg tuck at top of delivery for timing. Strength plays in swing and works both gaps well, shows power through the point of contact and looks to lift at the point of contact, can continue to incorporate additional lower half into swing.
