Jordan Lopez is a 2024 LHP/OF with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from Elk Grove, CA who attends Franklin. Medium height with slender hips and a higher waist for the build. Ran a 7.50 in the sixty yard dash. A primary pitcher, higher leg lift and stays linear to the plate working down the slope. Maintains balanced, with a clean arm swing and 3/4 release. Easy and clean with very good upside. Changes the shape of the breaking ball and has feel to sink the changeup. A secondary outfielder, reads hops well with good glove placement and athletic actions through release. A left-handed hitter, starts balanced and open with the base with a side bend to start. Heel lift trigger with a smooth hand load and extends through contact with a flat path. Feel for the barrel too. Very good student.
