Good morning, everyone,

After consulting with local officials, the facility manager at Freedom Park, and PG management, we've made the difficult decision to cancel this weekend's Major Georgia/Florida Showdown. With the forecast calling for a 90-100% chance of severe thunderstorms, combined with the intermittent rain already affecting the Valdosta area throughout the week, we feel that acting proactively is the right call for everyone involved. We know how much planning, time, and excitement goes into these weekends, and with so many teams, participants, and families traveling in, we wanted to give you as much advance notice as possible to cancel your hotel reservations and adjust your travel plans.

All teams will receive a full credit for the amount paid to their PG account, which can be applied to any future PG National (Red Flag) event. For those who opted out of the host hotel block and paid the Hotel Waiver Fee, that credit will also be added to your PG account.
