During games, any player or coach seen with seeds, or gum will be immediately ejected. If a player is found the manager will also be immediately restricted to the bench. After games, dugouts will be checked. If seeds, gum, or anything of the like are found in your team's dugout after your game, the offending player (if known) will be suspended for the next game and the team manager will be given a bench restriction for the next game. Coaches who do not abide by the bench restriction will be ejected for the remainder of that game. 13U WILL BE USING PITCHSMART PITCHING RULES
