*PLEASE!!! NO SEEDS!! ANYONE CAUGHT WITH SEED IN THE DUGOUT WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE REMOVAL OF THE "HEAD COACH" FROM THE TOURNAMENT. This is obviously a major problem, or we would not need to resort to such drastic measures to resolve.

*PARKING AT MIAMI Please Park in the parking garage across from the baseball field. Do not park in decal lots. You will get a ticket.

*Parking at NKU - NKU now requires all guests to park in the designated parking garage. Please do not park anywhere it says NO BASEBALL PARKING. You will be ticketed. If we want to use NKU we must abide by their rules. NKU, UC and Miami all charge for parking.

Event Information
(These override other written rules):
1. All games in pool play (including 14U) will have a 2-hour time limit and all bracket games will be 2-hours
2. There is no time limit in the Championship game for all brackets. However, the run rule still applies.
3. Home team is predetermined.
4. Consolation games are 1 hour 50 minutes
5. Any team losing their first game in bracket play will have the opportunity to play a consolation game on Sunday. Please call or text 513-470-3670 immediately after your game if your team would or would not like a consolation game.
6. Brackets and consolation games will be posted as soon as all games in your division have been completed and confirmed. Calling or texting simply slows down the process. Thanks for understanding.

  • Please assign a travel coordinator to your team on the team management page.
  • Team Coordinator is responsible for setting up a team block per instructions below. Forward the link and a copy of this policy to all participants.
  • Booking a hotel room through any other source than the provided link for your team block, camping, AirBnB, etc. are not approved exceptions and your player or team will be ineligible to play.
  • There are no exceptions for individuals or teams to this policy without advance approval of the tournament director.
