This is the 13th annual 16U BCS Finals which is held on MLB Spring Training fields in Fort Myers, Florida. Past champions of this event include: East Cobb Astros (2006), East Cobb Titans (2007), Orlando Scorpions/Palm Beach PAL (2008), Dallas Yankees (2009), Palm Beach PAL (2010), SF Prospects (2011), SWFL Baseball (2012), Houston Heat (2013), Elite Squad Prime (2014), Chain National (2015), Clutch (2016), and 5 Star National Burress (2017).

Teams should be prepared to start tournament play at 8:00 AM on Monday, July 16th. The playoffs will start on Friday, July 20th and the Championship Game will be on Sunday, July 22nd.

Format
- 96 teams
- 24 Pools of 4
- Pool Play Round 1(Day 1 & 2): Teams will play 3 pool play games
- After the 1st round of pool play all teams will be re-seeded. The top two teams from each pool will be placed in new pools of 4 (Championship Pools), and the bottom two teams from each pool will be placed in new pools of 4 (Consolation Pools).
- Re-seeding for the 2nd round of pool play will be as follows:
- Pool winners will be seeded 1-24
- 2nd place teams 25-48
- 3rd place 49-72
- 4th place 73-96
- For example, Pool AA will consist of Seeds 1, 24, 25 and 48, and Pool BB will consist of Seeds 2, 23, 26 and 47
- Pool Play Round 2 (Day 3 & 4): Teams will play 3 pool play games
- The top two teams from the Championship Pools will advance to a single elimination, 24 team Championship Playoff Bracket
- The Consolation Pool Winners will advance to a single elimination, 12 team Consolation Bracket
- Championship Playoff seeding will be as follows:
- Championship Pool Winners will be seeded 1-12
- Championship Pool 2nd Place Teams will be seeded 13-24
- Both rounds of pool play will determine playoff seeding
- A 2nd Place Team from the Championship Pools will not be seeded higher than a Championship Pool Winner
- Championship Playoffs are scheduled to begin on Friday, July 20th. Quarterfinals and Semifinals are scheduled for Saturday, July 21st, and the Championship Game is scheduled for Sunday, July 22nd *weather permitting*
- The Consolation Pool Winners will be seeded 1-12 based on both rounds of pool play for the Consolation Bracket
- Consolation Playoffs are scheduled to begin on Friday, July 20th. The Consolation Semifinals and Consolation Championship are scheduled for Saturday, July 21st *weather permitting*
