Jamisen Farrington (2030 SS, Kingman, AZ) found barrel and lined a triple down the LF line. Loose turn in the swing where he showed some good out front length to the path.
Jack L'ltalien (2031, MA) got off a strong 2K swing that produced a double into the RC gap. Went with an outside fastball where he let it get deep and threw his hands at it.
Maddox Bell (2030 C, Phoenix, AZ) caught two barrels, stayed inside one and lined it into CF for a single, then unloaded on one for a towering triple that one-hopped the RF wall. Balanced LH swing with a quick uphill turn of the barrel. Also jumped on the mound and run it up to 79 w/ the FB.
Jett Taylor (2030 2B, Scottsdale, AZ) collected two hits, he pulled one down LF line and also lined one through the 3-4 hole. Shows a deep turn of the barrel that works on an uphill path through the zone.
Adam Villa (2030 C, Chandler, AZ) had two XBHs yesterday, caught one out front for a double down the LF line and flied one deep down the RF line for a triple. Noticeable strength and intent int he swing.
Grayson Ortiz (2030 OF, Phoenix, AZ) had a low liner into the 5-6 hole for a single and barreled one deep into CF for a sac-fly. Easy + connected turn of the barrel that works flat through the zone.
Terry Lee (2030 OF, Gilbert, AZ) found a nice barrel, lining one into the LC gap for a double. Showed a more direct down-and-through type path to the baseball.
Jonah Perry (2030 RHP, Prescott Valley, AZ) was a two-way standout yesterday. Threw two shutout innings where he ran his fastball up to 81 and mixed in two quality breaking balls he showed feel to land. Also found a LD barrel for a single showing a smooth stroke.
Scotty Beddes Jr (2030 1B, Highland, UT) dropped the barrel on a low-in heater and drove it down the RF line for a double. Physical LH bat where his loose hands throw a fast barrel through the zone.
Justus Sipe (2030 OF, Corona De Tucson, AZ) lined one down the LF line for a double. Simple swing showing minimal moving parts and throws the barrel on a clean path through.
Byson Owens (2031 SS, Queen Creek, AZ) showed off a compact and simple swing. Stayed short and quick to it and lined it into left for a single.
