2026 10U 3RD ANNUAL AUBREY HORNE SUICIDE AWARENESS TOURNAMENT (OPEN)

AUBREY HORNE UNEXPECTANTLY PASSED AWAY FEBRUARY 7th, 2024. SHE WAS JUST 14 YEARS OLD AND FULL OF LIFE WHEN HER DEATH SHOCKED THE SOFTBALL COMMUNITY AFTER SHE TOOK HER OWN LIFE. AUBREY'S PARENTS & FAMILY HAVE KEPT HER LEGACY ALIVE BY HONORING AUBREY WITH A $1000 SCHOLARSHIP AWARDED TO ONE PLAYER FROM THIS TOURNAMENT TO HELP COVER 2026 TRAVEL BALL EXPENSES. AUBREY'S FAMILY WILL BE CHOOSING THE RECIPIENT OF THIS SCHOLARSHIP AND THE RECIPIENT WILL BE ANNOUNCED & AWARDED AT THIS TOURNAMENT. IN ORDER TO APPLY, THE PLAYER MUST BE PLAYING IN THIS TOURNAMENT. COACHES, PARENTS AND/OR PLAYERS CAN SELF-SUBMIT OR MAKE SUBMISSIONS FOR OTHERS. SUBMISSION PERIOD WILL RUN FROM FEBRUARY 16th TO MARCH 1st. IN ORDER TO MAKE A SUBMISSION, PLEASE EMAIL MARY AT MWILLIAMS@PERFECTGAME.ORG THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 

- PLAYER'S NAME, AGE GROUP, AND TEAM NAME
- PLAYER'S PARENTS' NAMES AND PHONE NUMBERS
- COACH'S NAME AND PHONE NUMBER
- A SHORT PARAGRAPH ON HOW THIS MONEY WILL HELP THE PLAYER.
