Micah Vanfossen (2026 1B, Charlotte, NC) stays short and compact to the ball staying inside of it well. He has quick hands and created some solid jump off the bat.
James Yanz (2025 3B, Matthews, NC) has raw power with loads of offensive upside. He stays grounded efficiently and generates force within his lower half. He produced solid swings gap to gap with authority.
Bryce Smith (2025 LHP, Timberlake, NC) had a solid round of batting practice putting good swings on the ball. He had a repeatable swing that generated to consistent results of line drives pepperd to all fields.
Zeke Pruitt (2026 SS, Belmont, NC) has some great bat to ball skills present. He is able to hit the ball where it is pitched and make adjustments quickly. All around a fundamentally sound hitter.
Hunter Mixon (2026 RHP, Roanoke, VA) is a balanced hitter with a simple swing and approach. He stays inside the baseball well and has some athletic motions in the box.
Zack Scruggs (2025 SS, Asheboro, NC) had a great round smoking baseball into the gaps. He hits to all fields well however, pull-side is where he has the most power. Great hitter with contact and power upside.
Tyler Odom (2025 LHP, Mount Olive, NC) stays on his backside well and drives the ball to all fields well. He has a clean swing with a direct path to the ball. He creates backspin efficiently and showed off some power upside by piecing the baseball into both gaps.
Jacob Pettit (2025 OF, Fort Mill, SC) has an all field approach with lot's of success to the middle part of the field hitting solid line drives. He found solid barrels and produced loud contact frequently.
Carter Thomasson (2026 C, Halifax, VA) is extremely strong and swung the bat with intent. He get's the barrel to the ball consistently driving the baseball hard. Very impressed with his bat speed and power upside to all fields.
Nathan Trunck (2027 RHP, Charlotte, NC) was direct to the ball and kept his swing simple. He stayed short and showed some juice to his pull-side.
Ryan Allen (2025 SS, Greensboro, NC) had advanced bat speed with some raw power present. He is fundamentally sound with a pure swing. He was able to repeatedly put good swings on the ball and show off his power to all fields.
Sam Schwamb (2025 C, Fort Mill, SC) showed off some quick hands at the plate. He has a middle-opposite field approach with the ability to hit the ball soundly. Throughout his round his stayed in this portion of the field showing his ability to stay inside of the baseball repeatedly.
Grant Helms (2027 1B, Harrisburg, NC) looked great in his round to the opposite field. It seems natural for him to go this way and not forced. He produced loud contact and displayed some quick hands in the box.
